SAFE & CLEAN CERTIFIED R&M

Guests trust hotels and event sites to be safe and clean. During and post-coronavirus, they want proof of this, and some will even want it specified in the contract. What make a site R&M CLEAN-certified are the extra precautions: ensure the general well-being of anyone entering the hotel premises by means of temperature screening; increase the frequency of disinfecting disinfection of common areas and guest rooms; document and record all preventive measures; proper management of suspect/confirmed Covid-19 cases.

Denis Clermont, the founder is a true globe-trotter, enthusiastic about travel and discovery. He has received numerous awards and recognitions throughout his career which include the following: Certificate of Excellence from the Publicité-Club de Montréal, 3-time sales Sprinter of the year for Les Publications Publicis, Seller of the year for Darel International, the Jasmin d’Or from Tunisia; he was also appointed Ambassador of the city of Laval.


As a publisher, creative art director, reporter and photographer, he has visited more than 500 destinations for prestigious magazines and marketing campaigns of leaders in the fashion industry all over the world. Additionally, he has come to appreciate all the beauty, richness and potential of the destinations he has visited.

Through his network of contacts, he recognized the growing need expressed by many decision-makers and business managers. Endowed with high standards of excellence, and limitless creativity, Denis has surrounded himself with an outstanding team as well as strategic and complementary partners to help you – the meetings planners- make the best choices in venue selection as well as related services for your next event.

Peter George has been recognized by major companies and important players in the fields of communications and publicity for his excellence in production and major special events presentations.

A professional with eclectic resources, Peter boasts an impressive list of production credits in the fields of administration, artistic and creative endeavors. He began his career as choreographer, stage director, artistic director and co-founder of Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal, which further led to him to work as producer and director in diversified variety entertainment, film, television, publicity and corporate event productions.

Peter has more than 30 years’ experience in business communications and marketing in various domains such as the financial sector, public relations, new media and broadcast content development, as well as event production.


During the course of his career, he has managed diverse multidisciplinary teams for important national and international organizations such asfinancial institutions, insurance companies, oil, gas and hydroelectric companies, as well as airlines, the transport (passenger and merchandise) tourism industry and non-profit associations.

Alain Chayer is a University graduate in Finance. During the course of his 15-year career as a financial manager and private investment agent, he has worked for the BDC and the Caisse de Dépot et Placement du Québec.

In 2002, he started his own finance company (Liaison Capitale/ Capital Link), securing over 500 million $ in financing while accompanying companies in their IPOs. Alain has invested in real estate, golf clubs, restaurants and aquatic parks, amongst others. His investments also include an energy management company (Minimise Quebec). He is a partner in Zeeone, a firm that develops technologies to capture and transform CO2.

Mr. Chayer will act as our CFO and will develop strategies to secure the financial strength of the company; he will also act as one of the adjudicators during the Certification process.
