The official REUNIONS & MOTIVATION Certification is granted to establishments that meet the satisfaction criteria that have been carefuly examined by our team of experts. If your establishment is certified, you will receive our distinguished GOLD, SILVER plaque.
You will also receive a detailed report indicating the number and rates of approved criteria by R&M.
This gives your establishment unparalleled prestige by increasing your credibility and international reputation.
Decision-makers will immediately prioritize R & M-certified establishments for their events.

How it works
1. OPEN A FILE
First, apply for the R&M certification for your establishment and forward payment of the applicable administrative fees.
2. CERTIFICATION
R&M will proceed to the evaluation and appropriate ratings according to specific criteria for your establishment. Within 30 days, you will receive a detailed report as well as the certification results.
3. YOUR CERTIFICATION
If approved, R&M will send your certification plaque bearing the name of your establishment, and will inform you of all the privileges with respect to your certification level.
Based on the certification level (gold, silver) that has been awarded to your establishment, you will also be granted access to various exposure and marketing packages: advertorial, website banners, as well as social media publications.
The certification is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of approval.
Annual fees
1. Opening a file
After having sent your completed R & M certification application, you will be automatically redirected to pay the $500 opening fee.
However, upon approval of your R & M certification application, the $500 deposit will be applied directly to your 2-year fee amount.
5. Certification
The 2-year fee amount certification of the current year are distributed as follows:
- $5,000 for 1 to 5 establishments;
- $4,500 for 5 to 49 establishments;
- $3,500 for 50 + establishments and more.
Based on the certification level (gold or silver) that has been awarded to your establishment, you will also be granted access to various visibility (exposure) and marketing packages: advertorial, website banners as well as social media publications, etc.
The fees are charged in Canadian currency for Canadian establishments, plus applicable taxes. For international establishments, the fees will be charged in American dollars, plus applicable taxes. These fees must be paid upon receipt of the certification approval notice.
