The choice of the venue can make or break the look and feel of an event. Event planning can be an arduous process, whether planning a large-scale event for thousands of people, an elite gathering of top executives, or even a smaller scale event for a family reunion.

We have compiled a list of our R&M Gold, Silver, certified establishments from across the globe just for you! We put all of our expertise, skills and efforts into our work. Our goal is to help you save time and energy in the site selection and the choice of professional services for your event. We want to raise the bar as to the excellence of services offered by worldwide establishments for an experience that you, your clients, your team or your guests will never forget.

Handling of complaints

 

1. FILING A COMPLAINT

 

R&M is committed to maintaining its reputation for excellence. For this reason, we collaborate with interested parties in the handling of complaints from members who are dissatisfied with their event experience at one of our certified locations.

You must submit the complaint in writing and send it to us at our email address: info@reunions-motivation.com . The complaint must contain the following information:

  • Name of the establishment, its location and the date of the event in question;
  • A detailed description of the reasons for your complaint;
  • Contract, invoice, guarantee, photos or videos, etc. ;
  • Any other information necessary in connection with the situation.

It is possible that an agent or other R&M employee may also contact you at a later date for further information.

2. Follow-up process

 

R&M ensures that all necessary follow-up action is taken with the complainant and representatives of the affected establishment

3. Decision

 

Following the completed analysis of the complaint, R&M reserves the right:

  • to require a visit of the establishment to examine the source of the complaint;
  • to reduce the current level of the institution’s R&M certification;
  • to suspend R&M certification for a specific period;
  • to completely remove the establishment from the list of certified R&M establishments.

Representatives of the affected establishment along with the complainant will be notified in writing of the R&M decision.
