Certification assessment process
R&M Certification follows a structured assessment process that examines the factors contributing to the quality of business meetings and events.
Each venue is assessed against specific criteria covering facilities, services, technology, the guest experience, safety and security, and responsible practices. This approach establishes a consistent and transparent standard while recognising venues that meet R&M’s requirements for excellence.
